Located in what was an abandoned Wagon Wheel mill, the restaurant and tavern are situated on 28 acre, rustic estate of scenic, wooded grounds abutting Beach Pond and Pachaug State Forest. We feature craft beer on tap and bottles, a full wine list, creative cocktails and meticulously delish gourmet comfort food with a twist.

The experienced family owned company, On The Spot Catering, is responsible for the food and beverage service in the restaurant. Propelled by his love for food, executive Chef John Giacchi takes pride using high quality and local ingredients, cooking everything from scratch and by training staff to provide outstanding professional service.
