Tamarack Lodge in Voluntown, Connecticut

Once hosting a secret party for the cast of The Sopranos to avoid Paparazzi, Tamarack Lodge is a hidden gem dating back to the 1700’s. The 28 acres of land have been home to various businesses including a blacksmith shop, a water-powered wagon wheel mill, a tree farm and then a popular vacation resort in the 1940’s. Industrial gears are still visible in the main buildings’ ceilings and what were once large chicken coops turned into cabins. The resort attracts vacationers from Rhode Island, Boston and New York looking for a retreat from the city hussle and bussle.

We are a boutique restaurant and event venue, so there are times where we will be closed for a private event.
