1.) CITRUS SAGE BRINED THICK CUT BONE IN PORK CHOP
Cooked To A Perfect Medium well. Pan Seared and Paired with an Oven Baked Apple Chutney, served with Sweet Potato AuGratin and Oven Baked Buttered Panko Tomatoes.
2.) CLASICALLY PREPARED RACK OF LAMB
Coated with Dijon Mustard and Herbed Breadcrumbs, Roasted to a Perfect Medium/Rare. Sliced from the Bone and Served on a Mirror of Rosemary Lamb Au Jus, served with 5 Bean, Sweet Potato and Lentil Hash and Oven Baked Buttered Panko Tomatoes.
3.) SHALLOW POACHED ATLANTIC COD FILET
Mild Flaky White Textured Fish Served on a Bed of Warm Escarole and Kale Slaw and Steeped with a Lemony Dijon Broth, Served with Sweet and Sour Jasmine Rice and Oven Baked Buttered Panko Tomatoes.
4.) BAKED VEGETABLE STRUDEL
An Assortment of Seared, Grilled and Smoked Vegetables Encased in Crispy Phyllo Dough, Baked, Sliced and Served with a Drizzle of Pesto Cream Sauce Garnished with Oven Dried Tomatoes, Charred Bell Peppers and Oven Baked Buttered Panko Tomatoes.
5.) MEDITERRANEAN GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
Grilled Chicken Seasoned with Our Own House Made Mild Cajun Spice, Sliced and Served with a Compote of Grilled Roma Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Caramelized Onions, Fresh Thyme, Served with Roasted Red Bliss and Yukon Gold Potatoes.
